About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Generation Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at generating leads through a variety of channels, including email marketing, PPC, SEO, and social media campaigns. They will be responsible for creating compelling offers, optimizing our website for conversions, and coordinating efforts with our design and development teams to maximize marketing effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads via email marketing, PPC campaigns, SEO, and social media.

  • Offer Creation: Create attractive offers to capture the interest of potential customers.

  • Website Optimization: Analyze and optimize website performance to increase conversions and improve user experience.

  • Coordination: Work closely with designers and developers to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

  • Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of all lead generation activities and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

  • Customer Journey Mapping: Understand and map out customer journeys to enhance lead nurturing and conversion processes.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year


Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week

Qualifications:

  • Technical Experience: 2-3 years of experience working in a marketing or lead generation agency.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience marketing B2B professional services

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing tools, PPC platforms, SEO best practices, and social media marketing.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creativity: Ability to create compelling and engaging marketing offers.

  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, platforms, and methodologies in the fast-evolving marketing landscape.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role

  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools

  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired

  • Well-organized and detail-oriented

  • Exceptional communication and writing skills

  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
