On Beach - 3rd/Ocean - Ocean View
One Bedroom Condo on the beach is on the top floor (very quiet) with plenty of light and diagonal view of the Ocean. During the daytime you can go Nikki Beach Club, or just chill right in front of the condo with dedicated beach chairs and umbrellas for our condo for FREE (usually $40 cost per day). Night time you can walk to all the great bars/restaurants/clubs that South Beach has to offer.
Location can not be beat, walk out to the pool that opens out to the beach - we provide beach towels and cooler.
You must be 21 years or older to rent and no more than the registered number of guests are allowed in the apartment at any point in time without the prior written consent of the owner. Thank you.
