CHECK-IN: self or assisted

1. SELF CHECK-IN access:

• All Guest/s over 18 must upload photo ID or passport directly on booking site in messenger

• Name on the booking must match the ID

• We do not store guest’s information

• Information is required to know who will be staying at the property and using Avalon’s amenities

• If you have difficulty to upload image you may contact host/manager to allow upload on a private platform

• Let us know of LATE arrival after 10pm

• Someone needs to stay awake to answer call from community gate callbo

• gate passes for later use are inside the unit

2. ON SITE CHECK-IN:

• Guests who do not wish to provide ID/s before arrival must arrange with host/manager ON SITE CHECK-IN

• $50 convenience fee will be added to booking

• Waiting time exceeding 1/h will be subject to additional fee

• ID will be requested for name verification and code will be provided in person

OCCUPANCY VISITORS PETS

OCCUPANCY:

• Booking is based on double occupancy

• 🛌 Sleeps 2 1- Bedroom King size bed

• Additional sleeping accommodation may be arranged

• Additional guest/s including children must be disclosed before arrival

• additional charges apply

• Failure to disclose will result in fines $100 per day per each additional person or cancellation of booking without refunds

• Maximum Occupancy per unit overnight may not exceed: 2 people

• Additional sleeping accommodation may be provided upon request

• Nightly pricing is based on DOUBLE OCCUPANCY each additional guest is subject to additional fee and must be disclosed and approved before arrival

• 12 years and under &20

• 12 years and over $50

VISITORS:

• Total count of people in unit at one time CAN NOT exceed 4 including registered guests and their visitors

• Larger groups should make arrangements to meet outside of the community

• Visiting hours should be restricted to daytime between 10am and no later than 8pm

• Visitors CAN NOT USE Avalon’s amenities

• Pool, gym or clubhouse

PETS and ESA

• property is not pet friendly, prior disclosure and approval required

• pet weight-restricted max 20lbs

• $75 per stay apply

SERVICE ANIMAL

• application for hosting service animal will be provided and must be filled by physician and submitted prior arrival

SMOKING

• Property is smoke free, smoking inside unit is not permitted. We do have ashtray set on the patio. Please, keep patio door shut when smoking

  
  

• Traces of smoking marijuana, cigarettes or cigarettes inside the unit will be subject to fines up to $250 for setting smoke removal equipment and additional cleaning
